Originally from New York City and Long Island, Joseph S. Farina served in the United States Army with the 16th Combat Engineer Battalion in West Germany before pursuing his legal education. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Maryland and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Licensed in June 1987, Mr. Farina began his legal career at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. In 1993, he established the Law Offices of Joseph S. Farina, where he has dedicated his career to defending serious criminal cases in Sacramento and Northern California.
